ORA is one of the oldest companies in Europe. The history of the company spans over 185 years and dates back to 1825. The company began its history as a subsidiary of MORA MORAVIA joint-stock company.
In 2003, MORA-TOP became an independent, independent company. On April 21, 2004, the foundation stone of the new factory was laid in the industrial area of Uničov. Construction of a production building and installation of equipment on an area of 5000 sq. m were completed in less than a year, and on April 21, 2005, the first water heater rolled off the assembly line.
Today, the Czech company MORA-TOP has its own technological chain for the manufacture of heating and water heating equipment. All stages of production, from the manufacture of heat exchangers to the assembly of equipment, are carried out by MORA-TOP employees independently using state-of-the-art robotic technology.
Modernization of production has increased the competitiveness of products at the global level.
The process of modern technological production of MORA-TOP electric boilers has been brought to perfection:
Integrated technology for the processing of copper semi-finished products and the production of heat exchangers - pressing, bending, welding, degreasing, soldering, painting;
Production of heating elements;
The assembly of finished products on the conveyor is carried out around the clock - gas boilers, electric boilers and instantaneous water heaters;
Thermal hydraulic and EST testing of finished products.
The product range of the enterprise consists of the following categories: gas wall-mounted boilers - Titan (can be combined with additional equipment, has a working power of 14.8 kW, is immune to power surges, is equipped with safety systems that ensure complete safety of operation); electric boilers - Electra 8 (smart electric boiler, which is controlled by a microprocessor panel and can operate in more than ten functional modes; power from 2.5 to 7.5 kW); storage water heaters of indirect heating - 100 NTR (they are a water-heating addition to heating boilers); combined storage water heaters - E 100 NTR (in addition to the ability to receive hot water from the energy of the heating boiler, it can be heated by means of a built-in electrical element); wall-mounted flowing gas water heaters - Vega (very compact, available with power from 17.3 to 26.4 kW); floor gas boilers with an atmospheric burner - SA 20-60 (Classic series, fourteen different types with power from 15 to 50 kW); floor standing boilers with forced draft burner - VL100 - VL750 (sixteen types with power from 103 to 750 kW).
