Metalac was founded in 1959. The main office is located in Gornji Milanovac. The corporation includes 13 companies, of which four are production companies. The enterprise for the production of water heaters was founded in 2006.
In the production of water heaters, original developments and a wealth of experience accumulated over more than five decades of active work in the field of enamel surface technology and more than three decades in the production of key components for water heaters are used. Willer's manufacturing program is ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System certified.
Metalac Boiler is the youngest company within the Metalac Group from Gornji Milanovets. It was founded in 2006 and is engaged in the production of water heaters for commercial and direct consumers.
Over 50 years of experience in enamel technology for surface protection and more than 30 years of experience in the production of the main components of water heaters were decisive in the fact that Metallac chose the production of water heaters under its own brand "Metallac Boiler". And so begins the independent performance of this enterprise in the trading market. In 2008, the construction of new production halls with an area of 4.500 m2 begins, which were put into operation in 2009. The production capacity of the new factory is 230 thousand units per year.
The production program includes: Medium volume water heaters from 30 to 120 liters with enameled and INOX tanks, large volume water heaters from 200, 300 and 500 liters, small volume water heaters from 5, 8 and 10 liters, with enameled, INOX and polypropylene tanks.
Willer Grand Series
Willer Grand is a modern flat water heater with a dry heating element. Structurally, the boiler of the Willer Grand series consists of two internal tanks made of enamelled steel and a common outer casing, also covered with enamel. In the design of the Willer Grand boiler, 2 dry heating elements are pre-installed, which can be switched on separately and work at half power. The design of the Willer Grand boiler is pre-installed with a classic wet submersible heating element, which has the ability to work with half power. Willer Spring is a great and modern option for installation in limited space. Small tank depth, impeccable design, simple and convenient operation - these are the main advantages of this series.
